Rapporté par Aisha رضي الله عنها : À propos de la parole d’Allah : « Et si le tuteur est riche, qu’il ne prenne pas de salaire, mais s’il est pauvre, qu’il prenne ce qui est convenable et raisonnable selon son travail. » Ce verset a été révélé à propos des biens de l’orphelin. Si le tuteur est pauvre, il peut prendre de l’argent sur les biens de l’orphelin, ce qui est juste et raisonnable selon son travail et le temps qu’il y consacre

حَدَّثَنِي إِسْحَاقُ، أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ نُمَيْرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ـ رضى الله عنها ـ فِي قَوْلِهِ تَعَالَى {وَمَنْ كَانَ غَنِيًّا فَلْيَسْتَعْفِفْ وَمَنْ كَانَ فَقِيرًا فَلْيَأْكُلْ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ} أَنَّهَا نَزَلَتْ فِي مَالِ الْيَتِيمِ إِذَا كَانَ فَقِيرًا، أَنَّهُ يَأْكُلُ مِنْهُ مَكَانَ قِيَامِهِ عَلَيْهِ، بِمَعْرُوفٍ.
Traduction anglaise
Narrated Aisha:regarding the Statement of Allah: "And whoever amongst the guardian is rich, he should take no wages, but if he is poor, let him have for himself what is just and reasonable (according to his work). This Verse was revealed regarding the orphan's property. If the guardian is poor, he can take from the property of the orphan, what is just and reasonable according to his work and the time he spends on managing it
Traduction en ourdou
ہم سے اسحاق بن راہویہ نے بیان کیا، کہا ہم کو عبداللہ بن نمیر نے خبر دی، کہا ہم سے ہشام بن عروہ نے بیان کیا، ان سے ان کے والد نے اور ان سے عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا نے اللہ تعالیٰ کے ارشاد «ومن كان غنيا فليستعفف ومن كان فقيرا فليأكل بالمعروف» ”بلکہ جو شخص خوشحال ہو وہ اپنے کو بالکل روکے رکھے۔ البتہ جو شخص نادار ہو وہ واجبی طور پر کھا سکتا ہے۔“ کے بارے میں فرمایا کہ یہ آیت یتیم کے بارے میں اتری ہے کہ اگر ولی نادار ہو تو یتیم کی پرورش اور دیکھ بھال کی اجرت میں وہ واجبی طور پر ( یتیم کے مال میں سے کچھ ) کھا سکتا ہے ( بشرطیکہ نیت میں فساد نہ ہو ) ۔
