Rapporté par `Ali : Je n’ai jamais entendu le Prophète (ﷺ) mentionner son père et sa mère pour quelqu’un d’autre que Sa`d bin Malik. Je l’ai entendu dire le jour d’Uhud : « Ô Sa`d, tire (des flèches) ! Que mon père et ma mère soient sacrifiés pour toi. »

حَدَّثَنَا يَسَرَةُ بْنُ صَفْوَانَ، حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ شَدَّادٍ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ ـ رضى الله عنه ـ قَالَ مَا سَمِعْتُ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم جَمَعَ أَبَوَيْهِ لأَحَدٍ إِلاَّ لِسَعْدِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ، فَإِنِّي سَمِعْتُهُ يَقُولُ يَوْمَ أُحُدٍ " يَا سَعْدُ ارْمِ، فِدَاكَ أَبِي وَأُمِّي ".
Traduction anglaise
Narrated `Ali:I have never heard the Prophet (ﷺ) mentioning his father and mother for anybody other than Sa`d bin Malik. I heard him saying on the day of Uhud, "O Sa`d throw (arrows)! Let my father and mother be sacrificed for you

ہم سے بسرہ بن صفوان نے بیان کیا، کہا ہم سے ابراہیم نے بیان کیا، ان سے ان کے والد نے، ان سے عبداللہ بن شداد نے اور ان سے علی رضی اللہ عنہ نے بیان کیا کہ سعد بن مالک کے سوا میں نے اور کسی کے لیے نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کو اپنے والدین کا ایک ساتھ ذکر کرتے نہیں سنا، میں نے خود سنا کہ احد کے دن آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم فرما رہے تھے کہ سعد! خوب تیر برساؤ۔ میرے ماں باپ تم پر قربان ہوں۔
