Rapporté par Ibn `Abbas : Le Messager d’Allah (ﷺ) est resté treize ans à La Mecque (après avoir reçu la première Révélation) et il est décédé à l’âge de soixante-trois ans

حَدَّثَنِي مَطَرُ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ، حَدَّثَنَا رَوْحُ بْنُ عُبَادَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا زَكَرِيَّاءُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ، حَدَّثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ دِينَارٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، قَالَ مَكَثَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم بِمَكَّةَ ثَلاَثَ عَشْرَةَ، وَتُوُفِّيَ وَهْوَ ابْنُ ثَلاَثٍ وَسِتِّينَ.
Traduction anglaise
Narrated Ibn `Abbas:Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) stayed in Mecca for thirteen years (after receiving the first Divine Inspiration) and died at the age of sixty-three

مجھ سے مطر بن فضل نے بیان کیا، کہا ہم سے روح بن عبادہ نے بیان کیا، کہا ہم سے زکریا بن اسحاق نے بیان کیا، ان سے عمرو بن دینار نے اور ان سے ابن عباس رضی اللہ عنہما نے بیان کیا کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے نبوت کے بعد مکہ میں تیرہ سال قیام کیا اور جب آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کی وفات ہوئی تو آپ کی عمر تریسٹھ سال کی تھی۔
