Hadith 3690 — Livre 62: Companions of the Prophet
كتاب فضائل أصحاب النبي ﷺ
Rapporté par Abu Huraira : Le Messager d’Allah (ﷺ) a dit : « Un berger était avec ses moutons lorsqu’un loup les a attaqués et a emporté une brebis. Le berger a poursuivi le loup et a réussi à libérer la brebis. Le loup s’est alors tourné vers le berger et lui a dit : “Qui gardera les moutons le jour où les bêtes sauvages viendront et où il n’y aura plus de berger à part moi ?” Les gens dirent : “Gloire à Allah !” Le Prophète (ﷺ) ajouta : “Mais moi, j’y crois, et Abu Bakr et ‘Umar aussi, même s’ils n’étaient pas présents à ce moment-là.” »

حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ يُوسُفَ، حَدَّثَنَا اللَّيْثُ، حَدَّثَنَا عُقَيْلٌ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيَّبِ، وَأَبِي، سَلَمَةَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ قَالاَ سَمِعْنَا أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ ـ رضى الله عنه ـ يَقُولُ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " بَيْنَمَا رَاعٍ فِي غَنَمِهِ عَدَا الذِّئْبُ فَأَخَذَ مِنْهَا شَاةً، فَطَلَبَهَا حَتَّى اسْتَنْقَذَهَا، فَالْتَفَتَ إِلَيْهِ الذِّئْبُ فَقَالَ لَهُ مَنْ لَهَا يَوْمَ السَّبُعِ، لَيْسَ لَهَا رَاعٍ غَيْرِي". فَقَالَ النَّاسُ سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ. فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم " فَإِنِّي أُومِنُ بِهِ وَأَبُو بَكْرٍ وَعُمَرُ " وَمَا ثَمَّ أَبُو بَكْرٍ وَعُمَرُ.
Traduction anglaise
Narrated Abu Huraira:Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said, "Whilst a shepherd was amongst his sheep, a wolf attacked them and took away a sheep. The shepherd chased it and got that sheep freed from the wolf. The wolf turned towards the shepherd and said, 'Who will guard the sheep on the day of wild animals when it will have no shepherd except myself?" The people said, "Glorified be Allah." The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "But I believe in it and so do Abu Bakr and `Umar although Abu Bakr and `Umar were not present there (at the place of the event)

ہم سے عبداللہ بن یوسف تنیسی نے بیان کیا، انہوں نے کہا ہم سے لیث نے بیان کیا، انہوں نے کہا ہم سے عقیل نے بیان کیا، ان سے ابن شہاب نے، ان سے سعید بن مسیب اور ابوسلمہ بن عبدالرحمٰن نے بیان کیا کہ ہم نے ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے سنا، وہ بیان کرتے تھے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا کہ ایک چرواہا اپنی بکریاں چرا رہا تھا کہ ایک بھیڑئیے نے اس کی ایک بکری پکڑ لی۔ چرواہے نے اس کا پیچھا کیا اور بکری کو اس سے چھڑا لیا۔ پھر بھیڑیا اس کی طرف متوجہ ہو کر بولا: درندوں کے دن اس کی حفاظت کرنے والا کون ہو گا؟ جب میرے سوا اس کا کوئی چرواہا نہ ہو گا۔ صحابہ رضی اللہ عنہم اس پر بول اٹھے: سبحان اللہ! آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا کہ میں اس واقعہ پر ایمان لایا اور ابوبکر و عمر ( رضی اللہ عنہما ) بھی۔ حالانکہ وہاں ابوبکر و عمر ( رضی اللہ عنہما ) موجود نہیں تھے۔
