Rapporté par `Urwa : `Aisha a dit : « Nous sommes partis avec le Prophète (ﷺ) pour son dernier Hajj. Certains voulaient faire la `Umra, d’autres le Hajj. À notre arrivée à La Mecque, le Messager d’Allah (ﷺ) a dit : ‘Ceux qui ont pris l’ihram pour la `Umra et n’ont pas amené l’animal à sacrifier doivent terminer leur ihram, et ceux qui ont pris l’ihram pour la `Umra et ont amené l’animal ne doivent pas terminer leur ihram avant d’avoir sacrifié, et ceux qui ont pris l’ihram pour le Hajj doivent terminer leur Hajj.’ » `Aisha a ajouté : « J’ai eu mes règles et elles ont duré jusqu’au jour de `Arafat, et j’avais pris l’ihram seulement pour la `Umra (Tamattu`). Le Prophète (ﷺ) m’a demandé de défaire et peigner mes cheveux, de prendre l’ihram pour le Hajj seulement et de laisser la `Umra. J’ai fait cela jusqu’à la fin du Hajj. Ensuite, le Prophète (ﷺ) a envoyé `Abdur Rahman bin Abi Bakr avec moi et m’a demandé de faire la `Umra à at-Tan`im à la place de la `Umra manquée. »

حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ بُكَيْرٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا اللَّيْثُ، عَنْ عُقَيْلٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، قَالَتْ خَرَجْنَا مَعَ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فِي حَجَّةِ الْوَدَاعِ، فَمِنَّا مَنْ أَهَلَّ بِعُمْرَةٍ، وَمِنَّا مَنْ أَهَلَّ بِحَجٍّ، فَقَدِمْنَا مَكَّةَ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " مَنْ أَحْرَمَ بِعُمْرَةٍ وَلَمْ يُهْدِ فَلْيُحْلِلْ، وَمَنْ أَحْرَمَ بِعُمْرَةٍ وَأَهْدَى فَلاَ يَحِلُّ حَتَّى يَحِلَّ بِنَحْرِ هَدْيِهِ، وَمَنْ أَهَلَّ بِحَجٍّ فَلْيُتِمَّ حَجَّهُ ". قَالَتْ فَحِضْتُ فَلَمْ أَزَلْ حَائِضًا حَتَّى كَانَ يَوْمُ عَرَفَةَ، وَلَمْ أُهْلِلْ إِلاَّ بِعُمْرَةٍ، فَأَمَرَنِي النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَنْ أَنْقُضَ رَأْسِي وَأَمْتَشِطَ، وَأُهِلَّ بِحَجٍّ، وَأَتْرُكَ الْعُمْرَةَ، فَفَعَلْتُ ذَلِكَ حَتَّى قَضَيْتُ حَجِّي، فَبَعَثَ مَعِي عَبْدَ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنَ أَبِي بَكْرٍ، وَأَمَرَنِي أَنْ أَعْتَمِرَ مَكَانَ عُمْرَتِي مِنَ التَّنْعِيمِ.
Traduction anglaise
Narrated `Urwa:`Aisha said, "We set out with the Prophet (ﷺ) in his last Hajj. Some of us intended to perform `Umra while others Hajj. When we reached Mecca, Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said, 'Those who had assumed the Ihram for `Umra and had not brought the Hadi should finish his Ihram and whoever had assumed the Ihram for `Umra and brought the Hadi should not finish the Ihram till he has slaughtered his Hadi and whoever had assumed the Ihram for Hajj should complete his Hajj." `Aisha further said, "I got my periods (menses) and kept on menstruating till the day of `Arafat, and I had assumed the Ihram for `Umra only (Tamattu`). The Prophet (ﷺ) ordered me to undo and comb my head hair and assume the Ihram for Hajj only and leave the `Umra. I did the same till I completed the Hajj. Then the Prophet (ﷺ) sent `Abdur Rahman bin Abi Bakr with me and ordered me to perform `Umra from at-Tan`im in lieu of the missed `Umra

ہم سے یحییٰ بن بکیر نے بیان کیا، انہوں نے کہا ہم سے لیث بن سعد نے بیان کیا، انہوں نے عقیل بن خالد سے، انہوں نے ابن شہاب سے، انہوں نے عروہ بن زبیر سے، انہوں نے عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا سے، انہوں نے کہا ہم نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے ساتھ حجۃ الوداع کے سفر میں نکلے، ہم میں سے بعض نے عمرہ کا احرام باندھا اور بعض نے حج کا، پھر ہم مکہ آئے اور نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا کہ جس نے عمرہ کا احرام باندھا ہو اور ہدی ساتھ نہ لایا ہو تو وہ حلال ہو جائے اور جس نے عمرہ کا احرام باندھا ہو اور وہ ہدی بھی ساتھ لایا ہو تو وہ ہدی کی قربانی سے پہلے حلال نہ ہو گا۔ اور جس نے حج کا احرام باندھا ہو تو اسے حج پورا کرنا چاہیے۔ عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا نے کہا کہ میں حائضہ ہو گئی اور عرفہ کا دن آ گیا۔ میں نے صرف عمرہ کا احرام باندھا تھا مجھے نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے حکم دیا کہ میں اپنا سر کھول لوں، کنگھا کر لوں اور حج کا احرام باندھ لوں اور عمرہ چھوڑ دوں، میں نے ایسا ہی کیا اور اپنا حج پورا کر لیا۔ پھر میرے ساتھ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے عبدالرحمٰن بن ابی بکر کو بھیجا اور مجھ سے فرمایا کہ میں اپنے چھوٹے ہوئے عمرہ کے عوض تنعیم سے دوسرا عمرہ کروں۔
