Rapporté par Abu Huraira : Le Prophète (ﷺ) a autorisé la vente des dattes des ‘Araya contre des dattes mûres, en estimant la quantité, qui doit être inférieure ou égale à cinq Awsuq (Dawud, le sous-narrateur, n’est pas sûr de la quantité exacte)

حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ قَزَعَةَ، أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنْ دَاوُدَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ، عَنْ أَبِي سُفْيَانَ، مَوْلَى أَبِي أَحْمَدَ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ـ رضى الله عنه ـ قَالَ رَخَّصَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فِي بَيْعِ الْعَرَايَا بِخَرْصِهَا مِنَ التَّمْرِ فِيمَا دُونَ خَمْسَةِ أَوْسُقٍ أَوْ فِي خَمْسَةِ أَوْسُقٍ، شَكَّ دَاوُدُ فِي ذَلِكَ.
Traduction anglaise
Narrated Abu Huraira:The Prophet (ﷺ) allowed the sale of the dates of the 'Araya for ready dates by estimating the former which should be estimated as less than five Awsuq or five Awsuq. (Dawud, the sub-narrator is not sure as to the right amount)

ہم سے یحییٰ بن قزعہ نے بیان کیا، انہوں نے کہا کہ ہم کو امام مالک نے خبر دی، انہیں داؤد بن حصین نے، انہیں ابواحمد کے غلام ابوسفیان نے اور ان سے ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ نے بیان کیا کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے بیع عرایا کی اندازہ کر کے خشک کھجور کے بدلے پانچ وسق سے کم، یا ( یہ کہا کہ ) پانچ وسق کے اندر اجازت دی ہے اس میں شک داؤد بن حصین کو ہوا ( بیع عریہ کا بیان پیچھے مفصل ہو چکا ہے ) ۔
