Rapporté par Zaid bin Thabit : Le Prophète (ﷺ) a permis de vendre les dattes des ‘Araya contre des dattes mûres, en estimant la quantité des premières (alors qu’elles sont encore sur l’arbre)

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ ـ رضى الله عنهم ـ قَالَ رَخَّصَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَنْ تُبَاعَ الْعَرَايَا بِخَرْصِهَا تَمْرًا.
Traduction anglaise
Narrated Zaid bin Thabit:The Prophet (ﷺ) permitted selling the dates of the 'Araya for ready dates by estimating the amount of the former (as they are still on the trees)

ہم سے محمد بن یوسف نے بیان کیا، کہا ہم سے سفیان نے بیان کیا، ان سے یحییٰ بن سعید نے، ان سے نافع نے، ان سے ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما نے اور ان سے زید بن ثابت رضی اللہ عنہ نے بیان کیا، کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے عریہ کے سلسلہ میں اس کی رخصت دی تھی کہ اندازہ کر کے خشک کھجور کے بدلے بیچا جا سکتا ہے۔
