Rapporté par ‘Amir bin Rabi`a : Le Prophète (ﷺ) a dit : « Si l’un de vous voit un cortège funéraire et qu’il ne l’accompagne pas, il doit se lever et rester debout jusqu’à ce qu’il soit derrière le cortège, ou que le cortège l’ait dépassé, ou que le cercueil soit posé avant qu’il ne soit dépassé. »

حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا اللَّيْثُ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ـ رضى الله عنهما ـ عَنْ عَامِرِ بْنِ رَبِيعَةَ ـ رضى الله عنه ـ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " إِذَا رَأَى أَحَدُكُمْ جَنَازَةً فَإِنْ لَمْ يَكُنْ مَاشِيًا مَعَهَا فَلْيَقُمْ حَتَّى يُخَلِّفَهَا، أَوْ تُخَلِّفَهُ أَوْ تُوضَعَ مِنْ قَبْلِ أَنْ تُخَلِّفَهُ ".
Traduction anglaise
Narrated 'Amir bin Rabi`a:The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "If any one of you sees a funeral procession and he is not going along with it, then he should stand and remain standing till he gets behind it, or it leaves him behind, or the coffin is put down before it goes ahead of him
Traduction en ourdou
ہم سے قتیبہ بن سعید نے بیان کیا ‘ انہوں نے کہا کہ ہم سے لیث بن سعد نے بیان کیا ‘ انہوں نے کہا کہ ہم سے نافع نے اور ان سے عبداللہ بن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما نے عامر بن ربیعہ رضی اللہ عنہ کے حوالہ سے کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا کہ جب تم میں سے کوئی جنازہ دیکھے تو اگر اس کے ساتھ نہیں چل رہا ہے تو کھڑا ہی ہو جائے تاآنکہ جنازہ آگے نکل جائے یا آگے جانے کی بجائے خود جنازہ رکھ دیا جائے۔
