كتاب الجنائز
أَخْبَرَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ، عَنْ مَالِكٍ، وَمُغِيرَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ، عَنِ الأَعْرَجِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " كُلُّ بَنِي آدَمَ - وَفِي حَدِيثِ مُغِيرَةَ كُلُّ ابْنِ آدَمَ - يَأْكُلُهُ التُّرَابُ إِلاَّ عَجْبَ الذَّنَبِ مِنْهُ خُلِقَ وَفِيهِ يُرَكَّبُ " .

ابوہریرہ رضی الله عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ”بنی آدم ( کے جسم کا ہر حصہ ) ، ( مغیرہ والی حدیث میں ہے ) ابن آدم ( کے جسم کے ہر حصہ کو ) مٹی کھا جاتی ہے، سوائے اس کی ریڑھ کی ہڈی کے، اسی سے وہ پیدا کیا گیا ہے، اور اسی سے ( دوبارہ ) جوڑا جائے گا“۔
