Hadith 2253 — Buch 22: The Book of Fasting
كتاب الصيام
أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ حَنْبَلٍ، قَالَ قَرَأْتُ عَلَى أَبِي حَدَّثَكُمُ ابْنُ نُمَيْرٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ سُمَىٍّ، عَنِ النُّعْمَانِ بْنِ أَبِي عَيَّاشٍ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " مَنْ صَامَ يَوْمًا فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ بَاعَدَ اللَّهُ بِذَلِكَ الْيَوْمِ النَّارَ عَنْ وَجْهِهِ سَبْعِينَ خَرِيفًا " .

Englische Übersetzung
It was narrated that Abu Saeed Al-Khudri said:"The Messenger of Allah said: Whoever fasts a day in the cause of Allah, Allah will separate his face (a distance of) seventy autumns from the fire in return for that day
Urdu-Übersetzung
ابو سعید خدری رضی الله عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ”جو اللہ کی راہ میں ایک دن روزہ رکھے گا اللہ تعالیٰ اس دن کے بدلے اس سے جہنم کی آگ کو ستر سال دور کر دے گا“۔
