كتاب افتتاح الصلاة
أَخْبَرَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي طَلْحَةُ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ عَوْسَجَةَ، عَنِ الْبَرَاءِ بْنِ عَازِبٍ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " زَيِّنُوا الْقُرْآنَ بِأَصْوَاتِكُمْ " . قَالَ ابْنُ عَوْسَجَةَ كُنْتُ نَسِيتُ هَذِهِ " زَيِّنُوا الْقُرْآنَ " . حَتَّى ذَكَّرَنِيهِ الضَّحَّاكُ بْنُ مُزَاحِمٍ .

It was narrated that Al-Bara' bin Azib said:"The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: 'Make your voices beautiful when you recite Quran
Urdu-Übersetzung
براء بن عازب رضی اللہ عنہم کہتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: تم قرآن کو اپنی آواز سے مزین کرو ۔ عبدالرحمٰن بن عوسجہ کہتے ہیں: میں اس جملے «زينوا القرآن» کو بھول گیا تھا یہاں تک کہ مجھے ضحاک بن مزاحم نے یاد دلایا۔
