كتاب المسائل العامة
وَحَدَّثَنِي مَالِكٌ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، أَنَّ ابْنَ عُمَرَ، كَانَ يُقَرَّبُ إِلَيْهِ عَشَاؤُهُ فَيَسْمَعُ قِرَاءَةَ الإِمَامِ وَهُوَ فِي بَيْتِهِ فَلاَ يَعْجَلُ عَنْ طَعَامِهِ حَتَّى يَقْضِيَ حَاجَتَهُ مِنْهُ .

Englische Übersetzung
Malik related to me from Nafi that one time as Ibn Umar was served his evening meal, he heard the recitation of the Imam while he was in his house and he did not hurry from his food until he had finished what he needed
Urdu-Übersetzung
نافع سے روایت ہے کہ عبداللہ بن عمر رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ کے سامنے شام کا کھانا پیش کیا جاتا تو وہ امام کی قرأت سنا کرتے اپنے گھر میں اور کھانے میں جلدی نہ کرتے جب تک اچھے طور سے نہ کھا لیتے ۔
