كتاب المسائل العامة
وَحَدَّثَنِي مَالِكٌ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ دِينَارٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ، أَنَّ رَجُلاً، نَادَى رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَقَالَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ مَا تَرَى فِي الضَّبِّ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " لَسْتُ بِآكِلِهِ وَلاَ بِمُحَرِّمِهِ " .

Englische Übersetzung
Malik related to me from Abdullah ibn Dinar from Abdullah ibn Umar that a man called the Messenger of Allah and said, "Messenger of Allah, what do you think about lizards?" The Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said, "I do not eat them, and I do not forbid them
Urdu-Übersetzung
عبداللہ بن عمر رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ ایک شخص نے پکار کر کہا یا رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم آپ گوہ کے گوشت کے بارے میں کیا فرماتے ہیں؟ آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے فرمایا نہ میں اس کو کھاتا ہوں نہ حرام کہتا ہوں ۔
