وَحَدَّثَنِي يَحْيَى، عَنْ مَالِكٍ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيَّبِ، أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَقُولُ إِذَا أُصِيبَتِ السِّنُّ فَاسْوَدَّتْ فَفِيهَا عَقْلُهَا تَامًّا فَإِنْ طُرِحَتْ بَعْدَ أَنْ تَسْوَدَّ فَفِيهَا عَقْلُهَا أَيْضًا تَامًّا .

Englische Übersetzung
Yahya related to me from Malik from Yahya ibn Said that Said ibn al-Musayyab used to say,' 'When a tooth is struck and becomes black, there is complete blood- money for it. If it falls out after it becomes black, there is also the complete blood-money for it
Urdu-Übersetzung
سعید بن مسیب کہتے تھے کہ جب دانت کو ضرب پہنچے اور وہ کالا ہوجائے تو اس کی پوری دیت لازم ہوگی اگر کالا ہو کر گرجائے تب بھی پوری دیت لازم ہوگی۔
