Hadith 1351 — Buch 31: Business Transactions
كتاب البيوع
حَدَّثَنِي يَحْيَى، عَنْ مَالِكٍ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم نَهَى عَنْ بَيْعِ حَبَلِ الْحَبَلَةِ . وَكَانَ بَيْعًا يَتَبَايَعُهُ أَهْلُ الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ كَانَ الرَّجُلُ يَبْتَاعُ الْجَزُورَ إِلَى أَنْ تُنْتَجَ النَّاقَةُ . ثُمَّ تُنْتَجَ الَّتِي فِي بَطْنِهَا .

Englische Übersetzung
Yahya related to me from Malih from Nafi from Abdullah ibn Umar that the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, forbade the transaction called habal alhabala. It was a transaction which the people of Jahiliya practised. A man would buy the unborn offspring of the unborn offspring of a she-camel
Urdu-Übersetzung
عبداللہ بن عمر رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے منع کیا حبل الحبلہ کی بیع سے یہ بیع ایام جاہلت میں مروج تھی آدمی اونٹ خریدتا تھا اس وعدے پر کہ جب اونٹنی کا بچہ ہوگا اور پھر بچے کا بچہ اس وقت میں دام لوں گا ۔
