Hadith 1122 — Buch 28: Marriage

Yahya related to me from Malik that he had heard that Said ibn al-Musayyab and Sulayman ibn Yasar were asked whether, when a man married a slave of his to a slave-girl and the slave divorced her irrevocably, and then her master gave her to the slave, she was then halal for the slave by the possession of the right hand. They said, "No. She is not halal until she has married another husband

زید بن ثابت کہتے تھے جو شخص لونڈی کو تین طلاقیں دے کر خرید لے تو صحبت کرنا درست نہیں جب تک دوسرا نکاح نہ کرلے ۔ سعید بن مسیب اور سلیمان بن یسار سے سوال ہوا کہ ایک شخص نے اپنے غلام کا اپنی لونڈی سے نکاح کر دیا غلام نے لونڈی کو دو طلاقیں دیں اس کے بعد مولیٰ نے وہ لونڈی غلام کو ہبہ کر دی اب وہ لونڈی غلام کو درست ہے یا نہیں ان دونوں نے جواب دیا درست نہیں یہاں تک کہ کسی اور سے نکاح نہ کرلے ۔
