كتاب الأيمان والمحاربين والقصاص والديات
وَحَدَّثَنَاهُ عُثْمَانُ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرٌ، ح وَحَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، أَخْبَرَنَا جَرِيرٌ، وَعِيسَى بْنُ يُونُسَ، ح وَحَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي عُمَرَ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، كُلُّهُمْ عَنِ الأَعْمَشِ، بِهَذَا الإِسْنَادِ وَفِي حَدِيثِ جَرِيرٍ وَعِيسَى بْنِ يُونُسَ " لأَنَّهُ سَنَّ الْقَتْلَ " . لَمْ يَذْكُرَا أَوَّلَ .

جریر ، عیسیٰ بن یونس اور سفیان سب نے اعمش سے اسی سند کے ساتھ حدیث بیان کی اور جریر اور عیسیٰ بن یونس کی حدیث میں ہے : " کیونکہ اس نے قتل کا طریقہ نکالا تھا ۔ " ان دونوں نے " اول " کا لفظ بیان نہیں کیا
