Hadith 4219 — Buch 25: The Book of Wills
كتاب الوصية
حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَيُّوبَ، وَقُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، وَعَلِيُّ بْنُ حُجْرٍ، قَالُوا حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ، - وَهُوَ ابْنُ جَعْفَرٍ - عَنِ الْعَلاَءِ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، أَنَّ رَجُلاً، قَالَ لِلنَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم إِنَّ أَبِي مَاتَ وَتَرَكَ مَالاً وَلَمْ يُوصِ فَهَلْ يُكَفِّرُ عَنْهُ أَنْ أَتَصَدَّقَ عَنْهُ قَالَ " نَعَمْ " .

Englische Übersetzung
Abu Huraira (Allah be pleased with him) reported that a person said to Allah's Apostle (ﷺ):My father died and left behind property without making any will regarding it. Would he be relieved of the burden of his sins if I give sadaqa on his behalf? He (the Holy Prophet) said: Yes
Urdu-Übersetzung
حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ ایک آدمی نے نبی صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے عرض کی : میرے والد فوت ہو گئے ہیں ، انہوں نے مال چھوڑا ہے اور وصیت نہیں کی ، اگر ( یہ مال ) ان کی طرف سے صدقہ کر دیا جائے تو کیا ( یہ ) ان کی طرف سے کفارہ بنے گا؟ آپ نے فرمایا : " ہاں
