كتاب البيوع
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رُمْحٍ، أَنْبَأَنَا اللَّيْثُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ، أَنَّهُ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي زَيْدُ بْنُ ثَابِتٍ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ أَرْخَصَ فِي بَيْعِ الْعَرِيَّةِ بِخَرْصِهَا تَمْرًا . قَالَ يَحْيَى الْعَرِيَّةُ أَنْ يَشْتَرِيَ الرَّجُلُ ثَمَرَ النَّخَلاَتِ بِطَعَامِ أَهْلِهِ رُطَبًا بِخَرْصِهَا تَمْرًا .

Englische Übersetzung
It was narrated from 'Abdullah bin 'Umar that he said:"Zaid bin Thabit told me that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) gave a concession regarding the sale of the estimated harvest of 'Araya return for dried dates." (Sahih) Yahya (one of the narrators) said: "The 'Araya is when a man purchases dates on the trees for food that his family has that is ripe, by estimating them (the dates)
Urdu-Übersetzung
زید بن ثابت رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے عریہ کی بیع میں اجازت دی ہے کہ اندازہ سے اس کے برابر خشک کھجور کے بدلے خرید و فروخت کی جائے۔ یحییٰ کہتے ہیں کہ عریہ یہ ہے کہ ایک آدمی کھجور کے کچھ درخت اپنے گھر والوں کے کھانے کے لیے اندازہ کر کے اس کے برابر خشک کھجور کے بدلے خریدے۔
