كتاب الوصايا
حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ـ رضى الله عنهما ـ أَنَّ عُمَرَ، اشْتَرَطَ فِي وَقْفِهِ أَنْ يَأْكُلَ مَنْ وَلِيَهُ وَيُوكِلَ صَدِيقَهُ غَيْرَ مُتَمَوِّلٍ مَالاً.

Englische Übersetzung
Narrated Ibn `Umar:When `Umar founded an endowment he stipulated that its administrator could eat from it and also feed his friend on the condition that he would not store anything for himself from it
Urdu-Übersetzung
ہم سے قتیبہ بن سعید نے بیان کیا ‘ کہا ہم سے حماد بن زید نے بیان کیا ‘ ان سے ایوب سختیانی نے ‘ ان سے نافع نے اور ان سے عبداللہ بن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما نے کہ عمر رضی اللہ عنہ نے اپنے وقف میں یہ شرط لگائی تھی کہ اس کا متولی اس میں سے کھا سکتا ہے اور اپنے دوست کو کھلا سکتا ہے لیکن وہ دولت نہ جوڑے۔
