Hadith 6867 — Livre 87: Blood Money (Ad-Diyat)

Rapporté par `Abdullah : Le Prophète (ﷺ) a dit : « Aucun être humain n’est tué injustement sans qu’une part de la responsabilité du crime ne retombe sur le premier fils d’Adam qui a instauré la tradition du meurtre sur terre. (On dit qu’il s’agissait de Qabil.) »

Texte arabe original
حَدَّثَنَا قَبِيصَةُ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنِ الأَعْمَشِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مُرَّةَ، عَنْ مَسْرُوقٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ـ رضى الله عنه ـ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " لاَ تُقْتَلُ نَفْسٌ إِلاَّ كَانَ عَلَى ابْنِ آدَمَ الأَوَّلِ كِفْلٌ مِنْهَا ".
Traduction anglaise
Narrated `Abdullah:The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "No human being is killed unjustly, but a part of responsibility for the crime is laid on the first son of Adam who invented the tradition of killing (murdering) on the earth. (It is said that he was Qabil)
Traduction en ourdou
ہم سے قبیصہ نے بیان کیا، کہا ہم سے سفیان بن عیینہ نے بیان کیا، ان سے اعمش نے، ان سے عبداللہ بن مرہ نے، ان سے مسروق نے اور ان سے عبداللہ بن مسعود رضی اللہ عنہ نے کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا ”جو جان ناحق قتل کی جائے اس کے ( گناہ کا ) ایک حصہ آدم علیہ السلام کے پہلے بیٹے ( قابیل پر ) پڑتا ہے۔“
