Hadith 3830 — Livre 63: Merits of the Helpers in Madinah (Ansaar)

Rapporté par `Amr bin Dinar et 'Ubaidullah bin Abi Yazid : Du vivant du Prophète (ﷺ), il n’y avait pas de mur autour de la Ka`ba et les gens priaient autour d’elle jusqu’à ce que `Umar devienne calife et qu’il construise un mur autour. 'Ubaidullah a ajouté : « Ce mur était bas, alors Ibn Az-Zubair l’a reconstruit. »

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو النُّعْمَانِ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ، وَعُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي يَزِيدَ، قَالاَ لَمْ يَكُنْ عَلَى عَهْدِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم حَوْلَ الْبَيْتِ حَائِطٌ، كَانُوا يُصَلُّونَ حَوْلَ الْبَيْتِ، حَتَّى كَانَ عُمَرُ، فَبَنَى حَوْلَهُ حَائِطًا ـ قَالَ عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ ـ جَدْرُهُ قَصِيرٌ، فَبَنَاهُ ابْنُ الزُّبَيْرِ.
Traduction anglaise
Narrated `Amr bin Dinar and 'Ubaidullah bin Abi Yazid:In the lifetime of the Prophet (ﷺ) there was no wall around the Ka`ba and the people used to pray around the Ka`ba till `Umar became the Caliph and he built the wall around it. 'Ubaidullah further said, "Its wall was low, so Ibn Az-Zubair built it
Traduction en ourdou
ہم سے ابونعمان نے بیان کیا، کہا ہم سے حماد بن زید نے بیان کیا، ان سے عمرو بن دینار نے اور عبیداللہ بن ابی زید نے بیان کیا کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے زمانے میں بیت اللہ کے گرد احاطہٰ کی دیوار نہ تھی لوگ کعبہ کے گرد نماز پڑھتے تھے پھر جب عمر رضی اللہ عنہ کا دور آیا تو انہوں نے اس کے گرد دیوار بنوائی۔ عبیداللہ نے بیان کیا کہ یہ دیواریں بھی پست تھیں عبداللہ بن زبیر رضی اللہ عنہما نے ان کو بلند کیا۔
