Hadith 650 — Livre 2: Prayer (Kitab Al-Salat)

Rapporté par Abu Sa’id al-Khudri رضي الله عنه : Pendant que le Messager d’Allah ﷺ dirigeait la prière avec ses Compagnons, il a retiré ses sandales et les a posées à sa gauche. Les gens, en voyant cela, ont aussi retiré leurs sandales. Quand le Messager d’Allah ﷺ a terminé la prière, il a demandé : « Pourquoi avez-vous retiré vos sandales ? » Ils ont répondu : « Nous t’avons vu retirer tes sandales, alors nous avons fait de même. » Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ a dit : « Gabriel est venu m’informer qu’il y avait une impureté dessus. Lorsque l’un de vous vient à la mosquée, qu’il regarde : s’il trouve une saleté sur ses sandales, qu’il l’essuie et qu’il prie avec. »

حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ، عَنْ أَبِي نَعَامَةَ السَّعْدِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي نَضْرَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ، قَالَ بَيْنَمَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يُصَلِّي بِأَصْحَابِهِ إِذْ خَلَعَ نَعْلَيْهِ فَوَضَعَهُمَا عَنْ يَسَارِهِ فَلَمَّا رَأَى ذَلِكَ الْقَوْمُ أَلْقَوْا نِعَالَهُمْ فَلَمَّا قَضَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم صَلاَتَهُ قَالَ " مَا حَمَلَكُمْ عَلَى إِلْقَائِكُمْ نِعَالَكُمْ " . قَالُوا رَأَيْنَاكَ أَلْقَيْتَ نَعْلَيْكَ فَأَلْقَيْنَا نِعَالَنَا . فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " إِنَّ جِبْرِيلَ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَتَانِي فَأَخْبَرَنِي أَنَّ فِيهِمَا قَذَرًا " . وَقَالَ " إِذَا جَاءَ أَحَدُكُمْ إِلَى الْمَسْجِدِ فَلْيَنْظُرْ فَإِنْ رَأَى فِي نَعْلَيْهِ قَذَرًا أَوْ أَذًى فَلْيَمْسَحْهُ وَلْيُصَلِّ فِيهِمَا " .
Traduction anglaise
Narrated AbuSa'id al-Khudri: While the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) was leading his Companions in prayer, he took off his sandals and laid them on his left side; so when the people saw this, they removed their sandals. When the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) finished his prayer, he asked: What made you remove your sandals? The replied: We saw you remove your sandals, so we removed our sandals. The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) then said: Gabriel came to me and informed me that there was filth in them. When any of you comes to the mosque, he should see; if he finds filth on his sandals, he should wipe it off and pray in them
Traduction en ourdou
ابو سعید خدری رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم صحابہ کرام کے ساتھ نماز پڑھ رہے تھے کہ اچانک آپ نے اپنے جوتوں کو اتار کر انہیں اپنے بائیں جانب رکھ لیا، جب لوگوں نے یہ دیکھا تو ( آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کی اتباع میں ) انہوں نے بھی اپنے جوتے اتار لیے، جب رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نماز پڑھ چکے تو آپ نے فرمایا: تم لوگوں نے اپنے جوتے کیوں اتار لیے؟ ، ان لوگوں نے کہا: ہم نے آپ کو جوتے اتارتے ہوئے دیکھا تو ہم نے بھی اپنے جوتے اتار لیے، اس پر رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: میرے پاس جبرائیل علیہ السلام آئے اور انہوں نے مجھے بتایا کہ آپ کے جوتوں میں نجاست لگی ہوئی ہے ۔ راوی کو شک ہے کہ آپ نے: «قذرا» کہا، یا: «أذى» کہا، اور فرمایا: جب تم میں سے کوئی مسجد میں آئے تو وہ اپنے جوتے دیکھ لے اگر ان میں نجاست لگی ہوئی نظر آئے تو اسے زمین پر رگڑ دے اور ان میں نماز پڑھے ۔
