Rapporté par Abu Huraira : Le Messager d’Allah (ﷺ) a dit : « Mes héritiers ne doivent pas prendre ne serait-ce qu’un seul dinar (c’est-à-dire rien de mes biens), et tout ce que je laisse, à part les dépenses de mes épouses et de mes employés, sera une aumône (Sadaqa). »

حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ يُوسُفَ، أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنْ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ، عَنِ الأَعْرَجِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ـ رضى الله عنه ـ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " لاَ يَقْتَسِمُ وَرَثَتِي دِينَارًا، مَا تَرَكْتُ بَعْدَ نَفَقَةِ نِسَائِي وَمَئُونَةِ عَامِلِي فَهْوَ صَدَقَةٌ ".
Traduction anglaise
Narrated Abu Huraira:Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said, "My heirs should not take even a single Dinar (i.e. anything from my property), and whatever I leave, excluding the expenditure of my wives and my laborers, will be Sadaqa (i.e. be used for charity)
