أَخْبَرَنَا هَنَّادٌ، عَنْ أَبِي مُعَاوِيَةَ، عَنِ الأَعْمَشِ، عَنْ شَقِيقٍ، عَنْ مَسْرُوقٍ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، دَخَلَتْ يَهُودِيَّةٌ عَلَيْهَا فَاسْتَوْهَبَتْهَا شَيْئًا فَوَهَبَتْ لَهَا عَائِشَةُ فَقَالَتْ أَجَارَكِ اللَّهُ مِنْ عَذَابِ الْقَبْرِ . قَالَتْ عَائِشَةُ فَوَقَعَ فِي نَفْسِي مِنْ ذَلِكَ حَتَّى جَاءَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَذَكَرْتُ ذَلِكَ لَهُ فَقَالَ " إِنَّهُمْ لَيُعَذَّبُونَ فِي قُبُورِهِمْ عَذَابًا تَسْمَعُهُ الْبَهَائِمُ " .

It was narrated from 'Aishah that:a Jewish woman came to her and asked her to give her something, so 'Aishah gave her something, and she said: "May Allah protect you from the torment of the grave." 'Aishah said:" She made me worried, until the Messenger of Allah came and I mentioned that to him. He said: 'They are tormented in their graves with a torment that the animals hear

ام المؤمنین عائشہ رضی الله عنہا سے روایت ہے کہ ایک یہودی عورت ان کے پاس آئی ( اور ) اس نے ان سے کوئی چیز مانگی تو عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا نے اسے دیا تو اس نے کہا: اللہ تجھے قبر کے عذاب سے بچائے! عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا کہتی ہیں: تو اس کی یہ بات میرے دل میں بیٹھ گئی یہاں تک کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم آئے تو میں نے آپ سے اس کا ذکر کیا، تو آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ”انہیں ان کی قبروں میں عذاب دیا جاتا ہے جسے چوپائے سنتے ہیں“۔
