Rapporté par Zaid bin Khalid : Un homme est mort à Khaybar et le Messager d’Allah ﷺ a dit : « Priez pour votre compagnon ; il a volé dans le butin de guerre. » Nous avons fouillé ses affaires et trouvé quelques perles des Juifs qui ne valaient même pas deux dirhams

أَخْبَرَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ الأَنْصَارِيِّ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ يَحْيَى بْنِ حَبَّانَ، عَنْ أَبِي عَمْرَةَ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ خَالِدٍ، قَالَ مَاتَ رَجُلٌ بِخَيْبَرَ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " صَلُّوا عَلَى صَاحِبِكُمْ إِنَّهُ غَلَّ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ " . فَفَتَّشْنَا مَتَاعَهُ فَوَجَدْنَا فِيهِ خَرَزًا مِنْ خَرَزِ يَهُودَ مَا يُسَاوِي دِرْهَمَيْنِ .
Traduction anglaise
It was narrated that Zaid bin Khalid said:"A man died at Khaibar and the Messenger of Allah said: 'Pray for your companion; he stole from the spoils war.' We inspected his luggage and fund some of the beads of the Jews that were not even worth two Dirhams

زید بن خالد رضی الله عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ ایک شخص خیبر میں مر گیا تو رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ”تم لوگ اپنے ساتھی کی نماز جنازہ پڑھ لو، اس نے اللہ کی راہ میں چوری کی ہے“، تو ( جب ) ہم نے اس کے اسباب کی تلاشی لی تو ہمیں اس میں یہود کے نگینوں میں سے کچھ نگینے ملے، جو دو درہم کے برابر بھی نہیں تھے۔
