كتاب اللباس والزينة
Rapporté par Jabir رضي الله عنه : Lorsque Abu Qubafa (le père d’Abu Bakr) est venu le jour de la Victoire (pour prêter allégeance au Prophète ﷺ), sa tête et sa barbe étaient blanches comme l’hysope. Le Prophète ﷺ a ordonné, ou les femmes ont reçu l’ordre, de changer cela, c’est-à-dire de teindre ses cheveux

حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ يَحْيَى، أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو خَيْثَمَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، قَالَ أُتِيَ بِأَبِي قُحَافَةَ أَوْ جَاءَ عَامَ الْفَتْحِ أَوْ يَوْمَ الْفَتْحِ وَرَأْسُهُ وَلِحْيَتُهُ مِثْلُ الثَّغَامِ أَوِ الثَّغَامَةِ فَأَمَرَ أَوْ فَأُمِرَ بِهِ إِلَى نِسَائِهِ قَالَ " غَيِّرُوا هَذَا بِشَىْءٍ " .
Traduction anglaise
Jabir reported that when Abu Qubafa (father of Abu Bakr) came in the yeu of Victory or on the Day of Victory (to the Prophet to pledge his allegiance to him) his head and his beard were white like hyssop. He (the Holy Prophet) commaded or the women were commanded by him that they should change this with something (that the colour of his hair should be changed)
Traduction en ourdou
ابوخیثمہ نے ابو زبیر سے ، انھوں نے حضرت جابر رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے روایت کی ، کہا : فتح مکہ کے سال یا فتح مکہ کے دن حضرت ابو قحافہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ کو لایاگیا ، وہ آئے اور ان کے سر اور داڑھی کےبال ثغام یا ثغامہ ( کے سفید پھولوں ) کی طرح تھے ، تو آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے ان کے گھر کی عورتوں کوحکم دیا ، یا ان کے بارے میں ( ان کےگھر کی عورتوں کو ) حکم دیا گیا ، فرمایا : " اس ( سفیدی ) کو کسی چیز ( اور رنگ ) سے بدل د یں ۔
