كتاب الجهاد والسير
Rapporté par Abu Huraira رضي الله عنه : Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ a dit : « Mes héritiers ne peuvent même pas recevoir un dinar de mon héritage ; ce que je laisse après avoir payé la pension de mes épouses et la rémunération de mon gestionnaire doit être donné en aumône. »

Texte arabe original
حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ يَحْيَى، قَالَ قَرَأْتُ عَلَى مَالِكٍ عَنْ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ، عَنِ الأَعْرَجِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " لاَ يَقْتَسِمُ وَرَثَتِي دِيِنَارًا مَا تَرَكْتُ بَعْدَ نَفَقَةِ نِسَائِي وَمَئُونَةِ عَامِلِي فَهُوَ صَدَقَةٌ " .
Traduction anglaise
It has been narrated on the authority of Abu Huraira that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:My heirs cannot share even a dinar (from my legacy) ; what I leave behind after paving maintenance allowance to my wives and remuneration to my manager is (to go in) charity

حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا میرے وارث ایك دینار بھی بانٹ نہیں سكتے جو چھوڑ جاؤں اپنی عورتوں كے خرچ كے بعد اور منتظم كی اجرت كے بعد بچے تو وہ صدقہ ہے
