Hadith 4526 — Livre 32: The Book of Jihad and Expeditions
كتاب الجهاد والسير
Rapporté par Sa'd b. Abu Burda, par son père et son grand-père : Le Prophète d’Allah ﷺ l’a envoyé, lui et Mu'adh, au Yémen, et leur a dit en guise de conseil : « Soyez doux avec les gens, ne soyez pas durs, annoncez-leur de bonnes nouvelles (des faveurs d’Allah ici-bas et dans l’au-delà), et ne les repoussez pas. Travaillez ensemble et ne vous divisez pas. »

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، عَنْ شُعْبَةَ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي بُرْدَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم بَعَثَهُ وَمُعَاذًا إِلَى الْيَمَنِ فَقَالَ " يَسِّرَا وَلاَ تُعَسِّرَا وَبَشِّرَا وَلاَ تُنَفِّرَا وَتَطَاوَعَا وَلاَ تَخْتَلِفَا " .
Traduction anglaise
It has also been narrated by Sa'd b. Abu Burda through his father through his grandfather that the Prophet of Allah (ﷺ) sent him and Mu'adh (on a mission) to the Yemen, and said (by way of advising them):Show leniency (to the people) ; don't be hard upon them; give them glad tidings (of Divine favours in this world and the Hereafter) ; and do not create aversion. Work in collaboration and don't be divided

شعبہ نے سعید بن ابی بردہ سے ، انہوں نے اپنے والد کے حوالے سے اپنے دادا ( حضرت ابوموسیٰ اشعری رضی اللہ عنہ ) سے روایت کی کہ نبی صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے انہیں اور معاذ رضی اللہ عنہ کو یمن کی طرف بھیجا اور فرمایا : " تم دونوں آسانی پیدا کرنا ، مشکل میں نہ ڈالنا ، خوشخبری دینا ، دور نہ بھگانا ، آپس میں اتفاق رکھنا ، اختلاف نہ کرنا
