كتاب الجهاد والسير
Rapporté par Abu Masa : Quand le Messager d’Allah ﷺ envoyait l’un de ses compagnons en mission, il lui disait : « Annoncez de bonnes nouvelles aux gens, ne les repoussez pas, faites preuve de douceur et ne soyez pas durs avec eux. »

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، وَأَبُو كُرَيْبٍ - وَاللَّفْظُ لأَبِي بَكْرٍ - قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ عَنْ بُرَيْدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، عَنْ أَبِي بُرْدَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي مُوسَى، قَالَ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم إِذَا بَعَثَ أَحَدًا مِنْ أَصْحَابِهِ فِي بَعْضِ أَمْرِهِ قَالَ " بَشِّرُوا وَلاَ تُنَفِّرُوا وَيَسِّرُوا وَلاَ تُعَسِّرُوا " .
Traduction anglaise
It has been narrated on the authority of Abu Masa that when the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) deputed any of his Companions on a mission, he would say:Give tidings (to the people) ; do not create (in their minds) aversion (towards religion) ; show them leniency and do not be hard upon them

حضرت ابوموسیٰ رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے ، انہوں نے کہا : رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم اپنے ساتھیوں میں سے کسی کو جب اپنے کسی معاملے کی ذمہ داری دے کر روانہ کرتے تو فرماتے : " خوشخبری دو ، دور نہ بھگاؤ ، آسانی پیدا کرو اور مشکل میں نہ ڈالو
