Rapporté par Abdullah (b. Mas'ud) : Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ a dit : « Il n’est pas permis de prendre la vie d’un musulman qui atteste qu’il n’y a de divinité qu’Allah et que je suis le Messager d’Allah, sauf dans trois cas : l’adultère commis par une personne mariée, le meurtre (la vie pour la vie), et celui qui abandonne sa religion (l’islam) et quitte la communauté. »

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا حَفْصُ بْنُ غِيَاثٍ، وَأَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ وَوَكِيعٌ عَنِ الأَعْمَشِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مُرَّةَ، عَنْ مَسْرُوقٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " لاَ يَحِلُّ دَمُ امْرِئٍ مُسْلِمٍ يَشْهَدُ أَنْ لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ اللَّهُ وَأَنِّي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ إِلاَّ بِإِحْدَى ثَلاَثٍ الثَّيِّبُ الزَّانِ وَالنَّفْسُ بِالنَّفْسِ وَالتَّارِكُ لِدِينِهِ الْمُفَارِقُ لِلْجَمَاعَةِ " .
Traduction anglaise
Abdullah (b. Mas'ud) reported Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) as saying:It is not permissible to take the life of a Muslim who bears testimony (to the fact that there is no god but Allah, and I am the Messenger of Allah, but in one of the three cases: the married adulterer, a life for life, and the deserter of his Din (Islam), abandoning the community

حفص بن غیاث ، ابومعاویہ اور وکیع نے اعمش سے ، انہوں نے عبداللہ بن مرہ سے ، انہوں نے مسروق سے اور انہوں نے حضرت عبداللہ ( بن مسعود ) رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت کی ، انہوں نے کہا : رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا : " کسی مسلمان کا ، جو گواہی دیتا ہو کہ اللہ کے سوا کوئی حقیقی معبود نہیں اور میں اللہ کا رسول ہوں ، خون حلال نہیں ، مگر تین میں سے کسی ایک صورت میں ( حلال ہے ) : شادی شدہ زنا کرنے والا ، جان کے بدلے میں جان ( قصاص کی صورت میں ) اور اپنے دین کو چھوڑ کر جماعت سے الگ ہو جانے والا ۔
