Rapporté par Shu'ba : « Celui qui affranchit une part d’un esclave doit lui assurer la liberté complète à partir de ses biens. »

Texte arabe original
وَحَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُعَاذٍ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، بِهَذَا الإِسْنَادِ قَالَ " مَنْ أَعْتَقَ شَقِيصًا مِنْ مَمْلُوكٍ فَهُوَ حُرٌّ مِنْ مَالِهِ " .
Traduction anglaise
This hadith has been narrated on the authority of Shu'ba with the same chain of transmitters (and the words are):" He who emancipates a portion in a slave, he should (secure full) freedom for him from his property

عبیداللہ کے والد معاذ عنبری نے کہا : ہمیں شعبہ نے اسی سند کے ساتھ حدیث بیان کی ، آپ نے فرمایا : " جس نے غلام ( کی ملکیت ) میں سے اپنا حصہ آزاد کیا تو وہ اسی کے مال سے ( پورا ) آزاد ہو جائے گا
