Hadith 4092 — Livre 22: The Book of Musaqah
كتاب المساقاة
Rapporté par Abdullah b. Mas‘ud رضي الله عنه : Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ a maudit celui qui accepte l’intérêt et celui qui le paie. J’ai demandé à propos de celui qui l’écrit et des deux témoins. Il (le rapporteur) a dit : « Nous rapportons ce que nous avons entendu. »

حَدَّثَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، وَإِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، - وَاللَّفْظُ لِعُثْمَانَ - قَالَ إِسْحَاقُ أَخْبَرَنَا وَقَالَ، عُثْمَانُ حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرٌ، عَنْ مُغِيرَةَ، قَالَ سَأَلَ شِبَاكٌ إِبْرَاهِيمَ فَحَدَّثَنَا عَنْ عَلْقَمَةَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، قَالَ لَعَنَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم آكِلَ الرِّبَا وَمُؤْكِلَهُ . قَالَ قُلْتُ وَكَاتِبَهُ وَشَاهِدَيْهِ قَالَ إِنَّمَا نُحَدِّثُ بِمَا سَمِعْنَا .
Traduction anglaise
Abdullah (b. Mas'ud) (Allah be pleased with him) said that Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) cursed the one who accepted interest and the one who paid it I asked about the one who recorded it, and two witnesses to it. He (the narrator) said:We narrate what we have heard

علقمہ نے حضرت عبداللہ ( بن مسعود رضی اللہ عنہ ) سے روایت کی ، انہوں نے کہا : رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے سود کھانے اور کھلانے والے پر لعنت کی ۔ کہا : میں نے پوچھا : اس کے لکھنے والے اور دونوں گواہوں پر بھی؟ انہوں نے کہا : ہم صرف وہ حدیث بیان کرتے ہیں جو ہم نے سنی ہے ۔
