Hadith 4091 — Livre 22: The Book of Musaqah
كتاب المساقاة
Rapporté par Ata’ b. Abu Rabah : Abu Sa‘id al-Khudri رضي الله عنه a rencontré Ibn Abbas رضي الله عنه et lui a dit : « Que dis-tu à propos de l’échange de marchandises ou d’argent ? L’as-tu entendu du Messager d’Allah ﷺ, ou l’as-tu trouvé dans le Livre d’Allah, Majestueux et Glorieux ? » Ibn Abbas رضي الله عنه répondit : « Je ne dis pas cela. Quant au Messager d’Allah ﷺ, tu le connais mieux que moi, et pour le Livre d’Allah, je n’en sais pas plus que toi. Mais Usama b. Zaid رضي الله عنه m’a rapporté que le Messager d’Allah ﷺ a dit : “Attention, il peut y avoir de l’intérêt dans le crédit.” »

حَدَّثَنَا الْحَكَمُ بْنُ مُوسَى، حَدَّثَنَا هِقْلٌ، عَنِ الأَوْزَاعِيِّ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي عَطَاءُ بْنُ أَبِي، رَبَاحٍ أَنَّ أَبَا سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيَّ، لَقِيَ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ فَقَالَ لَهُ أَرَأَيْتَ قَوْلَكَ فِي الصَّرْفِ أَشَيْئًا سَمِعْتَهُ مِنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَمْ شَيْئًا وَجَدْتَهُ فِي كِتَابِ اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ فَقَالَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ كَلاَّ لاَ أَقُولُ أَمَّا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَأَنْتُمْ أَعْلَمُ بِهِ وَأَمَّا كِتَابُ اللَّهِ فَلاَ أَعْلَمُهُ وَلَكِنْ حَدَّثَنِي أُسَامَةُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " أَلاَ إِنَّمَا الرِّبَا فِي النَّسِيئَةِ " .
Traduction anglaise
Ata' b. Abu Rabah reported:Abu Sa'id al-Khudri (Allah be pleased with them) met Ibn 'Abbas (Allah be pleased with them) and said to him: What do you say in regard to the conversion (of commodities or money) did you hear it from Allah's Messenger (ﷺ), or is it something which you found In Allah's Book, Majestic and Glorious? Thereupon Ibn Abbas (Allah be pleated with them) said: I don't say that. So far at Allah's Massenger (ﷺ) is concerned, you know him better, and to far as the Book of Allah to concerned, I do not know it (more than you do), but 'Usama b. Zaid (Allah be pleased with him) narrated to me Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) as having said this: Beware, there can be an element of interest in credit
Traduction en ourdou
عطاء بن ابی رباح نے مجھے حدیث بیان کی کہ حضرت ابوسعید خدری رضی اللہ عنہ نے حضرت ابن عباس رضی اللہ عنہ سے ملاقات کی اور ان سے کہا : بیع صَرف ( نقدی یا سونے چاندی کے تبادلے ) کے حوالے سے آپ کی اپنے قول کے بارے میں کیا رائے ہے ، کیا آپ نے یہ چیز رسول اللہ صؒی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے سنی ہے یا اللہ کی کتاب میں پائی ہے؟ حضرت ابن عباس رضی اللہ عنہ نے کہا : میں ان میں سے کوئی بات نہیں کہتا ، رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کو تم مجھ سے زیادہ جاننے والے ہو اور رہی اللہ کی کتاب تو میں ( اس میں ) اس بات کو نہیں جانتا ، البتہ اسامہ بن زید رضی اللہ عنہ نے مجھے حدیث بیان کی کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا : " متنبہ رہو! سود ادھار میں ہی ہے ۔
