Rapporté par Abu Huraira رضي الله عنه : Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ a dit : « Quand un homme devient insolvable et que le vendeur retrouve sa marchandise intacte chez lui, il a plus de droit de la reprendre que quiconque. »

وَحَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ أَبِي خَلَفٍ، وَحَجَّاجُ بْنُ الشَّاعِرِ، قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو سَلَمَةَ، الْخُزَاعِيُّ - قَالَ حَجَّاجٌ مَنْصُورُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ - أَخْبَرَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ بِلاَلٍ، عَنْ خُثَيْمِ بْنِ عِرَاكٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " إِذَا أَفْلَسَ الرَّجُلُ فَوَجَدَ الرَّجُلُ عِنْدَهُ سِلْعَتَهُ بِعَيْنِهَا فَهُوَ أَحَقُّ بِهَا " .
Traduction anglaise
Abu Huraira (Allah be pleased with him) reported Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) as saying:When a inan becomes insolvent, and the other person (seller) finds his goods intact with him, he is more entitled to get them than anyone else
Traduction en ourdou
عراک بن مالک نے حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت کی کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا : " جب کوئی آدمی مفلس قرار دیا جائے اور ( کسی بیچنےوالے ) شخص کو اس کے ہاں اپنا سامان جوں کا توں مل جائے تو وہ اس کا زیادہ حقدار ہے ۔
