Rapporté par Ibn ‘Umar رضي الله عنهما : Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ a dit : « Celui qui achète des céréales ne doit pas les revendre avant d’en avoir pris possession. »

حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ يَحْيَى، وَعَلِيُّ بْنُ حُجْرٍ، قَالَ يَحْيَى أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، وَقَالَ عَلِيٌّ حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ دِينَارٍ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ ابْنَ عُمَرَ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " مَنِ ابْتَاعَ طَعَامًا فَلاَ يَبِعْهُ حَتَّى يَقْبِضَهُ " .
Traduction anglaise
Ibn 'Umar (Allah be pleased with them) reported Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) as saying,:He who bought foodgrain should not sell it until he had taken possession of it

عمر بن محمد نے نافع سے ، انہوں نے حضرت عبداللہ بن عمر رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت کی کہ اللہ کے رسول صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا : " جو شخص غلہ خریدے تو اسے پورا کر لینے اور اپنے قبضے میں لینے سے پہلے فروخت نہ کرے
