كتاب البيوع
Rapporté par Ibn ‘Umar رضي الله عنهما : Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ a dit : « Celui qui achète des céréales ne doit pas les revendre avant d’en avoir pris pleinement possession (après les avoir mesurées). »

حَدَّثَنِي حَرْمَلَةُ بْنُ يَحْيَى، أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ وَهْبٍ، حَدَّثَنِي عُمَرُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " مَنِ اشْتَرَى طَعَامًا فَلاَ يَبِعْهُ حَتَّى يَسْتَوْفِيَهُ وَيَقْبِضَهُ " .
Traduction anglaise
Ibn 'Umar (Allah be pleased with them) reported Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) as saying:He who bought foodgrain should not sell it until he had taken full possession of it (after measuring it)

نیز انہوں ( حضرت ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہ ) نے کہا : ہم اہل قافلہ سے بغیر ماپ ( اور وزن ) کے غلہ خریدا کرتے تھے تو رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے ہمیں منع فرمایا کہ ہم اسے ، اس کی جگہ سے منتقل کرنے سے پلے ، آگے فروخت کریں
