Hadith 3667 — Livre 18: The Book of Divorce
كتاب الطلاق
Rapporté par Anas b. Sirin : Il a entendu Ibn ‘Umar رضي الله عنه dire : « J’ai divorcé de ma femme alors qu’elle avait ses règles. ‘Umar رضي الله عنه est allé voir le Messager d’Allah ﷺ et l’en a informé, et il (le Messager d’Allah) a dit : Ordonne-lui de la reprendre et, quand elle sera purifiée, alors il pourra la divorcer. » J’ai demandé à Ibn ‘Umar رضي الله عنه : « As-tu compté ce divorce ? » Il a répondu : « Bien sûr. »

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى، وَابْنُ، بَشَّارٍ قَالَ ابْنُ الْمُثَنَّى حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ سِيرِينَ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ ابْنَ عُمَرَ، قَالَ طَلَّقْتُ امْرَأَتِي وَهْىَ حَائِضٌ فَأَتَى عُمَرُ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَأَخْبَرَهُ فَقَالَ " مُرْهُ فَلْيُرَاجِعْهَا ثُمَّ إِذَا طَهَرَتْ فَلْيُطَلِّقْهَا " . قُلْتُ لاِبْنِ عُمَرَ أَفَاحْتَسَبْتَ بِتِلْكَ التَّطْلِيقَةِ قَالَ فَمَهْ .
Traduction anglaise
Anas b. Sirin reported that he had heard Ibn 'Umar (Allah be pleased with them) as saying. I divorced my wife while she was in the state of menses. 'Umar (Allah be pleased with him) came to Allah's Apostle (ﷺ) and informed him about it, whereupon he (Allah's Apostle) said:Command him to take her back and when she is pure, then divorce her. I said to Ibn 'Umar Allah be pleased with them): Did you count that pronouncement of divorce? He said: Why not?

محمد بن جعفر نے ہمیں حدیث سنائی ، انہوں نے کہا : ہمیں شعبہ نے انس بن سیرین سے حدیث بیان کی کہ انہوں نے حضرت ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہ سے سنا ، انہوں نے کہا : میں نے اپنی بیوی کو اس حالت میں طلاق دی کہ وہ حائضہ تھی ، اس پر حضرت عمر رضی اللہ عنہ نبی صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کی خدمت میں حاضر ہوئے اور آپ کو بتایا تو آپ نے فرمایا : " اسے حکم دو کہ اس سے رجوع کرے ، پھر جب وہ پاک ہو جائے تو تب اسے طلاق دے ۔ " میں نے حضرت ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہ سے پوچھا : کیا آپ نے اس طلاق کو شمار کیا تھا؟ انہوں نے کہا : تو ( اور ) کیا
