Hadith 2723 — Livre 13: The Book of Fasting
كتاب الصوم
Rapporté par Aïcha رضي الله عنها : Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ ne jeûnait dans aucun mois de l’année plus que dans le mois de Cha’ban, et il disait : « Faites autant de bonnes actions que vous pouvez, car Allah ne se lasse pas de vous récompenser, mais c’est vous qui vous lassez. » Il disait aussi : « L’action qu’Allah préfère est celle que l’on fait régulièrement, même si elle est petite. »

حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، أَخْبَرَنَا مُعَاذُ بْنُ هِشَامٍ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ، أَبِي كَثِيرٍ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، - رضى الله عنها - قَالَتْ لَمْ يَكُنْ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فِي الشَّهْرِ مِنَ السَّنَةِ أَكْثَرَ صِيَامًا مِنْهُ فِي شَعْبَانَ وَكَانَ يَقُولُ " خُذُوا مِنَ الأَعْمَالِ مَا تُطِيقُونَ فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ لَنْ يَمَلَّ حَتَّى تَمَلُّوا " . وَكَانَ يَقُولُ " أَحَبُّ الْعَمَلِ إِلَى اللَّهِ مَا دَاوَمَ عَلَيْهِ صَاحِبُهُ وَإِنْ قَلَّ " .
Traduction anglaise
A'isha (Allah be pleased with her) reported:The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) did not observe fast in any month of the year more than in the month of Sha'ban, and used to say: Do as many deeds as you are capable of doing, for Allah will not become weary (of giving you reward), but you would be tired (of doing good deeds) ; and he also said: The deed liked most by Allah is one to which the doer adheres constantly even if it is small
Traduction en ourdou
یحییٰ بن ابی کثیر نے ابو سلمہ سے اور انھوں نے حضرت عائشہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہا سےروایت کی ، اور کہا : رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سال کے کسی مہینے میں ، شعبان سے بڑھ کر ، روزے نہیں رکھتے تھے ۔ آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم فرمایا کر تے تھے : " اتنے ہی اعمال اپناؤ جتنوں کی تم طاقت رکھتے ہو ۔ کیونکہ اللہ تعالیٰ ہرگز نہیں اکتائے گا حتیٰ کہ تم خود ہی ( عمل کرنے سے ) اکتا جاؤ گے ۔ " اور آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم فرمایا کر تے تھے : " اللہ کے ہاں سب سے زیادہ پسندیدہ عمل و ہ ہے جس پر عمل کرنے والا ہمیشہ قائم رہے چاہے وہ تھوڑا ہی کیوں نہ ہو ۔
