كتاب الإيمان
Rapporté par Jabir رضي الله عنه : Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ a dit : « J’ai reçu l’ordre de combattre les gens jusqu’à ce qu’ils déclarent qu’il n’y a de dieu qu’Allah. Lorsqu’ils l’affirment, leur vie et leurs biens sont protégés de ma part, sauf si la loi l’exige autrement, et leur sort dépend d’Allah. » Puis il a récité ce verset du Coran : « Tu n’es pas leur gardien » (Coran 88:)

وَحَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا حَفْصُ بْنُ غِيَاثٍ، عَنِ الأَعْمَشِ، عَنْ أَبِي سُفْيَانَ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، وَعَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالاَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " أُمِرْتُ أَنْ أُقَاتِلَ النَّاسَ " . بِمِثْلِ حَدِيثِ ابْنِ الْمُسَيَّبِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ح وَحَدَّثَنِي أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، ح وَحَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ، - يَعْنِي ابْنَ مَهْدِيٍّ - قَالاَ جَمِيعًا حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " أُمِرْتُ أَنْ أُقَاتِلَ النَّاسَ حَتَّى يَقُولُوا لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ اللَّهُ فَإِذَا قَالُوا لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ اللَّهُ عَصَمُوا مِنِّي دِمَاءَهُمْ وَأَمْوَالَهُمْ إِلاَّ بِحَقِّهَا وَحِسَابُهُمْ عَلَى اللَّهِ " . ثُمَّ قَرَأَ { إِنَّمَا أَنْتَ مُذَكِّرٌ * لَسْتَ عَلَيْهِمْ بِمُسَيْطِرٍ}
Traduction anglaise
It is narrated on the authority of Jabir that the Messenger of Allah said:I have been commanded that I should fight against people till they declare that there is no god but Allah, and when they profess it that there is no god but Allah, their blood and riches are guaranteed protection on my behalf except where it is justified by law, and their affairs rest with Allah, and then he (the Holy Prophet) recited (this verse of the Holy Qur'an):" Thou art not over them a warden" (lxxxviii)
Traduction en ourdou
اعمش نے ابو سفیان سے ، انہوں نے حضرت جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے ، نیز اعمش ہی نے ابو صالح سے اور انہوں نے حضرت ابو ہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت کی ، ( جابر اور ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ ) دونوں نے کہا کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا : ’’مجھے لوگوں سے جنگ کرنے کا حکم ملا ہے ..... ‘ ‘ سعید بن مسیب کی حدیث کی طرح جو انہوں نےحضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سےروایت کی ہے ۔
