كتاب الإيمان
Rapporté par Abu Huraira رضي الله عنه : Il a entendu le Messager d’Allah ﷺ dire : « J’ai reçu l’ordre de combattre les gens jusqu’à ce qu’ils attestent qu’il n’y a pas d’autre dieu qu’Allah, qu’ils croient en moi comme messager et en tout ce que j’ai apporté. Lorsqu’ils le font, leur sang et leurs biens sont protégés de ma part, sauf si la loi l’exige, et le reste de leurs affaires dépend d’Allah. »

حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدَةَ الضَّبِّيُّ، أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ، - يَعْنِي الدَّرَاوَرْدِيَّ - عَنِ الْعَلاَءِ، ح وَحَدَّثَنَا أُمَيَّةُ بْنُ بِسْطَامَ، - وَاللَّفْظُ لَهُ - حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ زُرَيْعٍ، حَدَّثَنَا رَوْحٌ، عَنِ الْعَلاَءِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ يَعْقُوبَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " أُمِرْتُ أَنْ أُقَاتِلَ النَّاسَ حَتَّى يَشْهَدُوا أَنْ لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ اللَّهُ وَيُؤْمِنُوا بِي وَبِمَا جِئْتُ بِهِ فَإِذَا فَعَلُوا ذَلِكَ عَصَمُوا مِنِّي دِمَاءَهُمْ وَأَمْوَالَهُمْ إِلاَّ بِحَقِّهَا وَحِسَابُهُمْ عَلَى اللَّهِ " .
Traduction anglaise
It is reported on the authority of Abu Huraira that he heard the Messenger of Allah say:I have been commanded to fight against people, till they testify to the fact that there is no god but Allah, and believe in me (that) I am the messenger (from the Lord) and in all that I have brought. And when they do it, their blood and riches are guaranteed protection on my behalf except where it is justified by law, and their affairs rest with Allah
Traduction en ourdou
عبدالرحمٰن بن یعقوب نے حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت کی کہ رسو ل اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا : ’’مجھے حکم دیا گیا ہے کہ میں لوگوں سے جنگ کروں یہاں تک کہ وہ لا اله الا الله کی شہادت دیں اور مجھ پر اور جو ( دین ) میں لے کر آیا ہوں اس پر ایمان لے آئیں ، چنانچہ جب وہ ایسا کر لیں تو انہوں نےمیری طرف سے اپنی جان و مال کو محفوظ کر لیا ، الا یہ کہ اس ( شہادت ) کاحق ہو اور ان کاحساب اللہ کے سپرد ہے ۔ ‘ ‘
