Hadith 7160 — Livre 93: Judgments (Ahkaam)

Rapporté par `Abdullah bin `Umar : Il avait divorcé de sa femme pendant ses règles. `Umar en a parlé au Prophète. Le Messager d’Allah s’est mis en colère et a dit : « Il doit reprendre sa femme et la garder avec lui jusqu’à ce qu’elle soit purifiée, puis attendre qu’elle ait ses prochaines règles et qu’elle en soit purifiée à nouveau. Ensuite, s’il veut encore divorcer, il pourra le faire. »

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَبِي يَعْقُوبَ الْكِرْمَانِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا حَسَّانُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ، قَالَ مُحَمَّدٌ أَخْبَرَنِي سَالِمٌ، أَنَّ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ عُمَرَ، أَخْبَرَهُ أَنَّهُ، طَلَّقَ امْرَأَتَهُ وَهْىَ حَائِضٌ، فَذَكَرَ عُمَرُ لِلنَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم، فَتَغَيَّظَ فِيهِ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم ثُمَّ قَالَ " لِيُرَاجِعْهَا، ثُمَّ لْيُمْسِكْهَا حَتَّى تَطْهُرَ، ثُمَّ تَحِيضَ فَتَطْهُرَ، فَإِنْ بَدَا لَهُ أَنْ يُطَلِّقَهَا فَلْيُطَلِّقْهَا ".
Traduction anglaise
Narrated `Abdullah bin `Umar:That he had divorced his wife during her menses. `Umar mentioned that to the Prophet. Allah's Apostle became angry and said, "He must take her back (his wife) and keep her with him till she becomes clean from her menses and then to wait till she gets her next period and becomes clean again from it and only then, if he wants to divorce her, he may do so

ہم سے محمد بن ابی یعقوب الکرمانی نے بیان کیا، انہوں نے کہا ہم سے حسان بن ابراہیم نے بیان کیا، انہوں نے کہا ہم سے یونس نے بیان کیا، محمد نے بیان کیا کہ مجھے سالم نے خبر دی، انہیں عبداللہ بن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما نے خبر دی کہ انہوں نے اپنی بیوی کو جب کہ وہ حالت حیض میں تھیں ( آمنہ بنت غفار ) طلاق دے دی، پھر عمر رضی اللہ عنہ نے اس کا تذکرہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے کیا تو آپ بہت خفا ہوئے پھر فرمایا ”انہیں چاہئے کہ وہ رجوع کر لیں اور انہیں اپنے پاس رکھیں، یہاں تک کہ جب وہ پاک ہو جائیں پھر حائضہ ہوں اور پھر پاک ہوں تب اگر چاہے تو اسے طلاق دیدے۔“
