Rapporté par `Abdullah : Le Prophète (ﷺ) a dit : « À l’approche de l’Heure, il y aura les jours de Al-Harj, et la connaissance religieuse disparaîtra (c’est-à-dire par la mort des savants religieux) et l’ignorance générale se répandra. » Abu Musa a dit : « Al-Harj, dans la langue éthiopienne, signifie tuer. »

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدٌ، حَدَّثَنَا غُنْدَرٌ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ وَاصِلٍ، عَنْ أَبِي وَائِلٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، وَأَحْسِبُهُ، رَفَعَهُ قَالَ " بَيْنَ يَدَىِ السَّاعَةِ أَيَّامُ الْهَرْجِ، يَزُولُ الْعِلْمُ، وَيَظْهَرُ فِيهَا الْجَهْلُ ". قَالَ أَبُو مُوسَى وَالْهَرْجُ الْقَتْلُ بِلِسَانِ الْحَبَشَةِ.
Traduction anglaise
Narrated `Abdullah:The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Near the establishment of the Hour, there will be the days of Al-Harj, and the religious knowledge will be taken away (vanish i.e. by the death of Religious scholars) and general ignorance will spread." Abu Musa said, "Al-Harj, in the Ethiopian language, means killing
Traduction en ourdou
ہم سے محمد بن بشار نے بیان کیا، کہا ہم سے غندر نے، کہا ہم سے شعبہ نے، ان سے واصل نے، ان سے ابووائل نے اور ان سے عبداللہ بن مسعود رضی اللہ عنہ نے اور میرا خیال ہے کہ اس حدیث کو انہوں نے مرفوعاً بیان کیا، کہا کہ قیامت سے پہلے «هرج» کے دن ہوں گے، ان میں علم ختم ہو جائے گا اور جہالت غالب ہو گی۔ ابوموسیٰ رضی اللہ عنہ نے بیان کیا کہ حبشی زبان میں «هرج» بمعنی قتل ہے۔
