كتاب الحدود
Rapporté par Abu Huraira : J’ai entendu Abu-l-Qasim (le Prophète) dire : « Si quelqu’un calomnie son esclave et que l’esclave est innocent de ce qu’il dit, il sera fouetté le Jour de la Résurrection, à moins que l’esclave ne soit vraiment comme il l’a décrit. »

حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ فُضَيْلِ بْنِ غَزْوَانَ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي نُعْمٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ـ رضى الله عنه ـ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَبَا الْقَاسِمِ، صلى الله عليه وسلم يَقُولُ " مَنْ قَذَفَ مَمْلُوكَهُ وَهْوَ بَرِيءٌ مِمَّا قَالَ، جُلِدَ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ، إِلاَّ أَنْ يَكُونَ كَمَا قَالَ ".
Traduction anglaise
Narrated Abu Huraira:I heard Abu-l-Qasim (the Prophet) saying, "If somebody slanders his slave and the slave is free from what he says, he will be flogged on the Day of Resurrection unless the slave is really as he has described him

ہم سے مسدد نے بیان کیا، کہا ہم سے یحییٰ بن سعید قطان نے بیان کیا، ان سے فضیل بن غزوان نے، ان سے عبدالرحمٰن بن ابی نعم نے اور ان سے ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ نے بیان کیا کہ میں نے ابوالقاسم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے سنا، آپ نے فرمایا کہ جس نے اپنے غلام پر تہمت لگائی حالانکہ غلام اس تہمت سے بَری تھا تو قیامت کے دن اسے کوڑے لگائے جائیں گے، سوا اس کے کہ اس کی بات صحیح ہو۔
