Hadith 6857 — Livre 86: Limits and Punishments set by Allah (Hudood)
كتاب الحدود
Rapporté par Abu Huraira : Le Prophète (ﷺ) a dit : « Évitez les sept grands péchés destructeurs. » Les gens ont demandé : « Ô Messager d’Allah ! Quels sont-ils ? » Il a répondu : « Associer des partenaires à Allah ; pratiquer la sorcellerie ; tuer une vie qu’Allah a interdite sauf pour une raison valable ; consommer l’usure (Riba) ; manger les biens de l’orphelin ; tourner le dos à l’ennemi et fuir le champ de bataille pendant le combat ; et accuser des femmes chastes qui n’ont jamais pensé à rien d’indécent et sont de bonnes croyantes. »

حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ، عَنْ ثَوْرِ بْنِ زَيْدٍ، عَنْ أَبِي الْغَيْثِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " اجْتَنِبُوا السَّبْعَ الْمُوبِقَاتِ ". قَالُوا يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ وَمَا هُنَّ قَالَ " الشِّرْكُ بِاللَّهِ، وَالسِّحْرُ، وَقَتْلُ النَّفْسِ الَّتِي حَرَّمَ اللَّهُ إِلاَّ بِالْحَقِّ، وَأَكْلُ الرِّبَا، وَأَكْلُ مَالِ الْيَتِيمِ، وَالتَّوَلِّي يَوْمَ الزَّحْفِ، وَقَذْفُ الْمُحْصَنَاتِ الْمُؤْمِنَاتِ الْغَافِلاَتِ ".
Traduction anglaise
Narrated Abu Huraira:The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Avoid the seven great destructive sins." They (the people!) asked, "O Allah's Apostle! What are they?" He said, "To join partners in worship with Allah; to practice sorcery; to kill the life which Allah has forbidden except for a just cause (according to Islamic law); to eat up usury (Riba), to eat up the property of an orphan; to give one's back to the enemy and fleeing from the battle-field at the time of fighting and to accuse chaste women who never even think of anything touching chastity and are good believers

ہم سے عبدالعزیز بن عبداللہ نے بیان کیا، انہوں نے کہا ہم سے سلیمان بن بلال نے بیان کیا، ان سے ثور بن زید نے بیان کیا، ان سے ابوالغیث سالم نے بیان کیا، اور ان سے ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ نے بیان کیا کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا ”سات مہلک گناہوں سے بچو۔ صحابہ نے عرض کیا: یا رسول اللہ! وہ کیا کیا ہیں؟ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا کہ اللہ کے ساتھ شرک کرنا، جادو کرنا، ناحق کسی کی جان لینا جو اللہ نے حرام کیا ہے، سود کھانا، یتیم کا مال کھانا، جنگ کے دن پیٹھ پھیرنا اور پاک دامن غافل مومن عورتوں کو تہمت لگانا۔“
