حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ دِينَارٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ـ رضى الله عنهما ـ قَالَ نَهَى النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم عَنْ بَيْعِ الْوَلاَءِ وَعَنْ هِبَتِهِ.

ہم سے ابونعیم نے بیان کیا، انہوں نے کہا ہم سے سفیان نے بیان کیا، ان سے عبداللہ بن دینار نے اور ان سے ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما نے بیان کیا کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے ولاء کے تعلق کو بیچنے، اس کو ہبہ کرنے سے منع فرمایا ہے۔
