Hadith 6731 — Livre 85: Laws of Inheritance (Al-Faraa'id)
كتاب الفرائض
Rapporté par Abu Huraira : Le Prophète (ﷺ) a dit : « Je suis plus proche des croyants qu’eux-mêmes. Donc, si l’un d’eux meurt en ayant des dettes et qu’il n’a rien pour les rembourser, alors c’est à nous de payer ses dettes. Mais si l’un des croyants meurt en laissant des biens, ces biens reviennent à ses héritiers. »

حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدَانُ، أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ، أَخْبَرَنَا يُونُسُ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ـ رضى الله عنه ـ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " أَنَا أَوْلَى، بِالْمُؤْمِنِينَ مِنْ أَنْفُسِهِمْ، فَمَنْ مَاتَ وَعَلَيْهِ دَيْنٌ، وَلَمْ يَتْرُكْ وَفَاءً، فَعَلَيْنَا قَضَاؤُهُ، وَمَنْ تَرَكَ مَالاً فَلِوَرَثَتِهِ ".
Traduction anglaise
Narrated Abu Huraira:The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "I am more closer to the believers than their own selves, so whoever (of them) dies while being in debt and leaves nothing for its repayment, then we are to pay his debts on his behalf and whoever (among the believers) dies leaving some property, then that property is for his heirs
Traduction en ourdou
ہم سے عبدان نے بیان کیا، کہا ہم کو عبداللہ بن مبارک نے خبر دی، کہا ہم کو یونس بن یزید ایلی نے خبر دی، انہیں ابن شہاب نے، کہا مجھ سے ابوسلمہ بن عبدالرحمٰن نے بیان کیا اور ان سے ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ نے کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا ”میں مومنوں کا خود ان سے زیادہ حقدار ہوں۔ پس ان میں سے جو کوئی قرض دار مرے گا اور ادائیگی کے لیے کچھ نہ چھوڑے گا تو ہم پر اس کی ادائیگی کی ذمہ داری ہے اور جس نے کوئی مال چھوڑا ہو گا وہ اس کے وارثوں کا حصہ ہے۔“
