كتاب الأيمان والنذور
Rapporté par `Aisha : Le Prophète (ﷺ) a dit : « Celui qui fait le vœu d’obéir à Allah doit Lui obéir ; et celui qui fait le vœu de désobéir à Allah ne doit pas Lui désobéir. »

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ، حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنْ طَلْحَةَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ، عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ـ رضى الله عنها ـ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " مَنْ نَذَرَ أَنْ يُطِيعَ اللَّهَ فَلْيُطِعْهُ، وَمَنْ نَذَرَ أَنْ يَعْصِيَهُ فَلاَ يَعْصِهِ ".
Traduction anglaise
Narrated `Aisha:The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Whoever vows that he will be obedient to Allah, should remain obedient to Him; and whoever made a vow that he will disobey Allah, should not disobey Him

ہم سے ابونعیم نے بیان کیا، کہا ہم سے امام مالک نے بیان کیا، ان سے طلحہ بن عبدالملک نے، ان سے قاسم نے اور ان سے عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا نے کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا ”جس نے اس کی نذر مانی ہو کہ اللہ کی اطاعت کرے گا تو اسے اطاعت کرنی چاہئے لیکن جس نے اللہ کی معصیت کی نذر مانی ہو اسے نہ کرنی چاہئے۔“
