Rapporté par Qatada : Nous étions en compagnie d’Anas, qui avait son boulanger avec lui. Anas a dit : Le Prophète (ﷺ) n’a jamais mangé de pain fin, ni de mouton rôti, jusqu’à ce qu’il rencontre Allah (qu’il décède)

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سِنَانٍ، حَدَّثَنَا هَمَّامٌ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، قَالَ كُنَّا عِنْدَ أَنَسٍ وَعِنْدَهُ خَبَّازٌ لَهُ فَقَالَ مَا أَكَلَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم خُبْزًا مُرَقَّقًا وَلاَ شَاةً مَسْمُوطَةً حَتَّى لَقِيَ اللَّهَ.
Traduction anglaise
Narrated Qatada:We were in the company of Anas whose baker was with him. Anas said, The Prophet (ﷺ) did not eat thin bread, or a roasted sheep till he met Allah (died)

ہم سے محمد بن سنان نے بیان کیا، ان سے ہمام نے بیان کیا، ان سے قتادہ نے کہا کہ ہم انس رضی اللہ عنہ کی خدمت میں بیٹھے ہوئے تھے، اس وقت ان کا روٹی پکانے والا خادم بھی موجود تھا۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے کبھی چپاتی ( میدہ کی روٹی ) نہیں کھائی اور نہ ساری دم پختہ بکری کھائی یہاں تک کہ آپ اللہ سے جا ملے۔
