Rapporté par Suwaid bin An-Nu`man : Nous sommes partis avec le Messager d’Allah (ﷺ) vers Khaybar, et quand nous étions à As-Sahba’ (Yahya, un sous-rappoteur, a précisé : « As-Sahba’ est un endroit à une journée de marche de Khaybar »), le Messager d’Allah (ﷺ) a demandé aux gens d’apporter leur nourriture, mais il n’y avait rien sauf du sawiq. Alors nous en avons tous mâché et mangé. Ensuite, le Prophète (ﷺ) a demandé de l’eau et il s’est rincé la bouche, et nous avons fait de même. Puis il nous a dirigés dans la prière du Maghrib sans refaire les ablutions

حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، قَالَ يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ سَمِعْتُ بُشَيْرَ بْنَ يَسَارٍ، يَقُولُ حَدَّثَنَا سُوَيْدُ بْنُ النُّعْمَانِ، قَالَ خَرَجْنَا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم إِلَى خَيْبَرَ، فَلَمَّا كُنَّا بِالصَّهْبَاءِ ـ قَالَ يَحْيَى وَهْىَ مِنْ خَيْبَرَ عَلَى رَوْحَةٍ ـ دَعَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم بِطَعَامٍ، فَمَا أُتِيَ إِلاَّ بِسَوِيقٍ، فَلُكْنَاهُ فَأَكَلْنَا مِنْهُ، ثُمَّ دَعَا بِمَاءٍ فَمَضْمَضَ وَمَضْمَضْنَا، فَصَلَّى بِنَا الْمَغْرِبَ وَلَمْ يَتَوَضَّأْ. قَالَ سُفْيَانُ سَمِعْتُهُ مِنْهُ عَوْدًا وَبَدْءًا.
Traduction anglaise
Narrated Suwaid bin An-Nu`man:We went out with Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) to Khaibar, and when we were at As-Sahba', (Yahya, a sub-narrator said, "As-Sahba' is a place at a distance of one day's journey to Khaibar)." Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) asked the people to bring their food, but there was nothing with the people except Sawiq. So we all chewed and ate of it. Then the Prophet (ﷺ) asked for some water and he rinsed his mouth, and we too, rinsed our mouths. Then he led us in the Maghrib prayer without performing ablution (again)

ہم سے علی بن عبداللہ مدینی نے بیان کیا، کہا ہم سے سفیان بن عیینہ نے بیان کیا کہا یحییٰ بن سعید انصاری نے بیان کیا، انہوں نے بشیر بن یسار سے سنا، کہا کہ ہم سے سوید بن نعمان رضی اللہ عنہ نے بیان کیا کہ ہم رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے ساتھ خیبر کی طرف ( سنہ 7 ھ میں ) نکلے جب ہم مقام صہباء پر پہنچے۔ یحییٰ نے بیان کیا کہ صہباء خیبر سے دوپہر کی راہ پر ہے تو اس وقت نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے کھانا طلب فرمایا لیکن ستو کے سوا اور کوئی چیز نہیں لائی گئی، پھر ہم نے اسی کو سوکھا پھانک لیا۔ پھر نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے پانی طلب فرمایا اور کلی کی، ہم نے بھی کلی کی۔ اس کے بعد آپ نے ہمیں مغرب کی نماز پڑھائی اور وضو نہیں کیا ( مغرب کے لیے کیونکہ پہلے سے باوضو تھے ) ۔ سفیان نے بیان کیا کہ میں نے یحییٰ سے اس حدیث میں یوں سنا کہ آپ نے نہ ستو کھاتے وقت وضو کیا نہ کھانے سے فارغ ہو کر۔
